This is the TOP OF THE LINE Tank Lift Kit. Our product line includes: 2", 2.5" & 3" inch rise kits. They are different (purpose-made & patented)...no extra metal or holes for multiple fitments, the lines match the lines of the bike. American Made. You probably will not need the longer fuel line or vacuum line, but they are included in case you do.
These are precision cut on our CNC machine from 6061 Billet Aluminum. You have a choice of the Machine Cut Finish, which can be polished to a Mirror FInish, OR choose the Powder Coat Black Finish.

Now you can see your Rocker Covers! Without this Kit all that chrome is Hidden!

The Deluxe Option lifts the rear of the tank AND allows you to move the tank back up to 3/8". This is a nice option for some appplications, full details HERE. 2010-Up Dyna Owners, PLEASE READ the Details on the Deluxe Option before ordering.
IMPORTANT FITMENT NOTES:
Most 2010+ Dynas have a curve in the tank ear (see picture below). Please check and see if yours has a curve in the tank ear. If it does, please select that option so we can send the correct kit for your bike. (Just check the curved tank ear option before you add the product to your cart.)
Please make sure this mod does not interfere with any components on your bike - like handlebars, turn signals, custom trees, etc. You don't want to end up with a dented tank! Check for clearance before ordering. Checking for clearance not only allows you to insure fitment, it also allows you to see which size will look best with your bike!
We are NOT responsible for any damage done to your bike because of the kit.
It is easy to check for clearance:
1. With bike on kickstand, take the bolt out of the front of your tank.
2. Loosen (do not remove) the bolt at the rear of your tank.
3. Turn your handlebars all the way to the left and raise the tank up your desired tank lift height to check for clearance issues.
4. Turn your handlebars all the way to the right and raise the tank up your desired tank lift height to check for clearance issues.
Be careful when lifting your tank, you do not want to hit it against something (forks, handlebars, trees, blinkers, etc.) when checking for clearance.

2” Tank Lift 0 people found this helpfulI initially got the tank lift kit to help with cooling engine temps in the South Texas heat. After I got it installed I love how it exposes the entire top of the motor and visually gives it that Frisco chopper appearance. I’m not sure how well it will affect the cooling of the engine, but I am extremely happy with how it made my bike look.

Dyna tank lift, excellent 1 people found this helpfulInstalled 2 inch tank lift on my old Dyna. I wanted a subtle lift and needed both hoses provided. Added 2 washers between tank and frame as it wobbled a bit . It's solid, looks great and definitely looks cool, ya know you gotta look cool. I've no issues on my 140 MILE round trip commute either. Really happy DK!

More good than bad 0 people found this helpfulDid a 2" lift, which required a longer breather hose, but the fuel hose is still not touching the frame, so I left it alone. While the bottom of the tank is still looking level-ish, the top is noticeably angled more, for a better raked look, which I was hoping for. The mechanical fuel gauge, and the digital gauge are way off, but I already know my fill-up mileage for street and highway, and rely on that instead. I'm going to carry a gallon of gas, and run the bike out to know what both gauges say at that point, so it won't be a surprise when it happens for real. The kit is solid when installed, easy to do, and almost looks factory. The quality of the pieces is top notch, which was a pleasant surprise in these days. I used blue loctite to secure everything, and so far it remains safe. While the price seems high for so little hardware, the satisfaction is worth every dime.

Great product! 0 people found this helpfulBest simple mod I've done to my 05 Wide Glide. I'm very happy with the quality, ease of installation and how good the tank looks lifted 2"! The bonus is the cooling benefit. I first went the cheap route and made my own lift but never kept it on because it seemed flimsy and didn't look anywhere near as tight as the DK Customs lift. If you're on the fence, just get this one... You won't regret it!

It does throw the fuel gauge off enough to notice but I haven't seen any drop in useable fuel yet. If you're looking for a tank lift, this is it.

Buy it 0 people found this helpfulIf you’re looking at this tank lift just buy it. You’re just going to keep looking at it til you do. Once you do, it’s easy to install, even by yourself and even if you don’t have a jack you can install this alone. Once it’s on the lift looks great. I got the 2” lift and parts are very subtle look like they could be factory hardware. Highly recommend. DK got this part to my house in no time at all even during the pandemic.

Excellent Product 0 people found this helpfulInstalled 2" black finish on my 2014 FXDF w/ curve tank and I love it. I did have to remove the back tank bolt for the spacers to clear the tank in the front during the install. Also had to install the crossover due to the fact I had the braided crossover and it's too short. Otherwise it's a really easy install!

I upgraded their original version I bought a few years ago since billet and stainless hardware. It fits well and other than I hate my inaccurate fuel gauge, it is worth it to have the look and additional air to the top of the motor. Anytime you can cool these high heat beasts, it will extend life to the motor. Nice product and well done DK Customs!!!

Dyna Tank Lift 1 people found this helpfulEasy install, everything and more of what I needed to the job. All I had to do was extend the vent tube that was in the kit. Fuel line was not needed. Kit worked perfectly on my 2017 Street Bob, just make sure when ordering that you look at your front tank mount and see if it has the curved ear or not and order the correct kit. I did the 2 inch front lift and it looks seriously cool. It raised the tank up off the jug and changed the line of the bike, more air flow and just bad ass. Highly recommend doing it. I’m 56 and my cool points went up by at least 20 points , ride safe and be cool out there

If you can do the rear lift aswell because if you just do the front it does put your fuel gauge out a little bit..keeping it more level will make it more accurate..

Very straight forward install and in about 10 minutes complete from start to finish. Having a close to empty tank really helped too. On top of great quality product, I ordered several products on a Sunday night and received a message that the order was placed on hold early Monday morning. I was contacted about part of my order not being necessary and how to accomplish the same thing without their product. It was also pointed out that my discount (10%) was not applied either. Saving a total of $35 on my order, great customer service!

Subtle, and awesome 1 people found this helpfulI put a 2 inch on my 2016 denim black fat bob... the effect is super subtle, like you know something's different and can't really put your finger on it, and those are my favorite mods. You can see the top of the front rocker box and it took about 10 minutes to install. Great quality too.
